How it all began...
ViCPad started in 2004 as a OFF-LINE Linkpage...
We are proud to report we are now serving the World for over 6 Years !
In 2004 our Founder, created a little LinkPag, to avoid the problem not having access to his LINKs, he posted the page on the web... when a good friend ask him to add his Links to the list...!
In 2005 Our Philippine Team expanded ViCPad to a LIVE Webportal, due to funding problems, the expansion had to be put on hold.
In 2007 We added our VIP Section...
In 2009 Advanced Playlist & Weather Map-Section.
Over the past years ViCPad grew and turned into a unique Home-Page to make things a bit more easy for you !
